This architectural design course deals with design development and detailing of a design problem introduced at the beginning of the semester. The class will focus on an interior renovation of an existing building. ARCH 3511 addresses the next level of design after schematic design: design development.
Straight to the point. Good. the floor plans are well planned. Use more subtle colors for your sections. Right now they look like they want to be NEON colors for some reason.
Nice plans, interior elevations, bathroom and kitchen very well thought out and nice combination of colors. Try not to use too much text on presentation boards unless you will read all of it on the presentation.
The overall presentation is simple, clean and well organize, the only thing is the modol its a little to plain maybe if you use some photoshop it would help you add some tones
This project as your classmates noted is very organized and easy to read. The shipping containers are easily seen - while giving some very dramatic spaces. You did not hide the fact that there is a module of a shipping container. The connection of the stairs to shipping containers is strong and shown as a different element.
The organization of the presentation makes everything very easy to follow. i like the fact that the shipping containers are not "lost" and that they still portray on the structure of the house itself.
