This architectural design course deals with design development and detailing of a design problem introduced at the beginning of the semester. The class will focus on an interior renovation of an existing building. ARCH 3511 addresses the next level of design after schematic design: design development.
Very Organized. Try to increase your key on your RCPs. It is a little difficult to know which lights are which. You can make them all bigger and the same size. All you want to show is that "light A" specifically goes here and "light B" goes there. Thats all.
RCPs are too light and hard to read. Always Hold shift to scale in uniform proportion when using adobe software, try to follow proper alignment and border line when laying out the boards. Nice wood model
Overall great project and drawings. Presentation is really easy to understand. Your bathroom and kitchen boards are a bit too scattered around and maybe add colors to the kitchen elevations.
Really nice drawings, very clean and well organize, I think the RCP are a little to light, and add color to the section just like a light gray to give a little contrast.
This project is very strong. The design and the layout are well executed. There is a strong organization throughout the project. The RCPs are too light, perhaps a tone in the walls (poche) would help the RCPs read better. Not sure what is happening in the rear of your yard. Grass? No indication on any of the plans. There is a big portion of your site.
i like the organization of your rpesentation, however, i think some color could make it pop even more, for exampel in the plans, sections etc etc... everything else is very easy to follow and understand great work man!
ground floor plan is a little hard to read. but nice work

ReplyDeleteGreat elevations, maybe if you dim down the shrubs just a bit kinda distracts from your nice elevations. Great job on that model.
ReplyDeleteOn the massing model, highlight the one you chose to work with.

ReplyDeleteThe models material doesnt reflect what you expressed in your drawings
ReplyDeleteWell though tout and good design, but for your RCP drawings you should darken up the lines a bit.
