The boards that are required are:
Site Analysis: showing: Sun movement, traffic (people, vehicular), public transportation, images, history, context, what is Fulton Mall?
Concept: with image of your first models
Floorplans: With furniture, flooring and tone(colors) labels
Section: 2 min. Make sure they show the inside interior elevations
RCP: with light fixtures
Elevations: 2 req. Show materials
Model: physical or 3D
Enlarged ADA Bathroom with all materials and fixtures
All drawings should have people, trees/scaled objects.
You must show how the store works- how people enter and move through the spaces
Have the drawings that show your store - make sure that you can explain the inside and outside with the drawings you have. Take your sections wisely.
