This architectural design course deals with design development and detailing of a design problem introduced at the beginning of the semester. The class will focus on an interior renovation of an existing building. ARCH 3511 addresses the next level of design after schematic design: design development.
Enny all in all your layouts are very nice. You're missing the other elevations on your bathroom and kitchen details. Even though no appliances are fixes go there, there is a possibility you might have tiling to a certain height or just paint. I would have love to seen more emphasis on your design in the form of your floor plans being at a bigger scale. Great Job.
Great consistency in layout. Clear representation of the ides. Excellent graphic skills. I advice you to separate the sections and dedicate a slide to each section. Also make a darker poche on the plans. Overall great project you have successfully completed. The model looks awesome
Your boards are very well organized and I like how everything is alined and easy to read. I totally get the story you are trying to tell and your design. My favorite board is the elevation at night that was really great. Sections are great. The only thing i don't get is the fence in your model. It feels like its not part of your design and flow of the house.

The kitchen and bathroom plans could have been a little bit bigger and their corresponding elevations would be better with color. Overall, great project.
I think this is the best project I have seen so far, I really like the way you use a section to explain the geometry of you project and you photoshop skill very sharp..... GREAT WORK!!!
The presentation is very thorough, but many duplicates. I understand that you are showing plain plans and rendered plans, but you need to commit to one presentation layout. What stage of your design are you showing? The images are too large and compete with your plans and elevations. Some elevations are missing in your bathrooms and kitchen. The model is wonderful - it shows so much of your project. Your sections would read even better with a tone or shade for the earth- its best to show a clear idea what is above ground and below.
the presentation is very well organized, but ifeel like its a bit too long, taking into account that we have very short time to present. i think that some boards can be omitted, or added into other boards, or idk there are some slides that seem liek they repeat each other. i like the elevations, they work out really well, maybe the treescould go in shaded or somethign different because it kinda a constrats between the color of the building and the color of the trees. AND the moedl is amazing! you really went in with that!great wokr!
