This architectural design course deals with design development and detailing of a design problem introduced at the beginning of the semester. The class will focus on an interior renovation of an existing building. ARCH 3511 addresses the next level of design after schematic design: design development.
The furniture can read and tell us what are the rooms in your design, but for someone that doesn't know anything about design such as the wife it could be difficult. I suggest a text style that blends in with your design.
I really like you project!!! its well design, and I enjoy looking at your renders look very realistic, just label your massing and you are right there!!! Good Job!!
Great project that is very organized. The page layout is very strong and easy to read. It is very easy to determine which materials and furniture go with which part of the plans. The consistency or colors and tone between each sheets is consistent and your presentation reads as one project. The design is very well organized - the first floor is separated into work and living by its placement horizontally and vertically. The upstairs works similarly by separating the parents from the children. I wish that the master bedroom had access to the rear roof as a deck. The walk-in closet could be relocated to allow for this.
the organization of the fllor plans and the boards all over all is great. the renderings are very good too, however, why would all the building be the same material o9n the outside? wouldnt it get some more life since it has all this container arranged in different positions. i think it takes aways formt he movement of all the containers. the spaces work great as well and like the design of your stairs. once more, rendering are banging!
well organized
ReplyDeleteGreat renderings. Identify your lights in your RCP's. These things need a key if you are trying to differenciate one from the other.

ReplyDeleteOverall looks good but try to be careful with the spacing between images on your layouts . great renderings
ReplyDeleteGreat renderings and I really like your sections, easy to read and I understand it. Great job
ReplyDeleteAdd some information on what your exterior material is because it brings up the question of why you chose it since it covers the whole building.
ReplyDeleteGreat project and renderings. 3d floor plans really read well and massing diagrams really pop. RCPs just need some color coding or legend.
