This architectural design course deals with design development and detailing of a design problem introduced at the beginning of the semester. The class will focus on an interior renovation of an existing building. ARCH 3511 addresses the next level of design after schematic design: design development.
I really likeyou layout, the only issues I would say that the text is hard to see because of the dark backgroung, but if you use a white text it would actually look better and easy to read. Overall the project look great I really like the way you floor plans look
The organization of the house works for your family. The spaces are well proportioned and suit the spaces require by your family. The black and white drawings are very interesting and do read well - but added color or tone would help as this course is about interiors and material/furniture selection. The sections would also read better with a strong poche of the ground. The model does not show your project as well as it could or your drawings demonstrate.
